By the end of June 2021
To review and update current job descriptions.
2.
By the end of 2021:
I want to fully utilize my Human Resource position and eliminate the majority of other job duties.

By December 31, 2021:
To study for and pass the SHRM-CP certification exam.
4.
By the December 31, 2021:
I will finish my disaster training so I can be a disaster relief volunteer for the Red Cross on at least one major disaster, this will include staying on the disaster site for a minimum of five days.
